Planning and Administration

In the absence of the properly constituted church council, New Life City Church has adopted to use planning and administration team to coordinate and run the activities of the church. This decision will be revisited as soon as there are enough leaders who are trained to serve as a church council. We believe that everything must be done decently and in order (1 Corinthians 14:40); hence the planning and administration team with the following as their mandates (responsibilities):

  • Study new motions and advise the church accordingly

  • Plan and map-out a feasible strategy for a healthy church growth

  • Manage records of all members

  • Design a welcome cards and or forms, disseminate among visitors every Sunday and work on follow-ups

  • Keep record of all ushers and assign them responsibilities regularly

  • Keep record of members who volunteer their services to intervene during the worship service every Sunday and assign them responsibilities

  • Keep record of all the finances of the church

  • Draw and administer the church’s annual budget
